Payment

All payments are made using a secure checkout. You don’t need an account to purchase. A range of major credit and debit cards are accepted. Payment details are not stored on site.

Discount Codes

Please note discount codes can only be used on full price stocked items and exclude bespoke orders.

Cancellation

To cancel an order you must contact us within 12 hours via email or phone. A full refund will be administered provided cancellations are made within this time. If your order has been printed and dispatched we cannot provide a refund as our wallpapers are made to order.

Delivery

All wallpapers are made to order, it takes approximately 2 weeks for the wallpaper to be printed and shipped. 

We charge £10 per order for within the UK.  Delivery to all other countries, please contact us directly, so we can provide a quote.

Please ensure delivery details are entered correctly, no responsibility can be taken for orders sent to the wrong address.

Returns

As all wallpaper is made to order, we can not accept returns unless there is a manufacturing defect.  We encourage that you order samples, as the price paid for the sample will be deducted from your purchase price. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Mary and her team on 01785 247655. Alternatively you can work directly with an interior designer or stockist. We are all happy to help you to achieve the look and feel that you want!

Colour

Please note colour may differ slightly due to the screen settings of the device you are viewing on. We encourage that you order samples as the price paid for the sample will be deducted from your purchase price.

Wholesale

We offer wholesale to retailers as well as interior designers, please contact us direct for a trade price list and sample packs.
